Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of MedMetric AI ("MedMetric AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account, or by using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
When you register we record that you accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the medical disclaimer, together with the date and the version in force at that time.
2. What MedMetric AI is
MedMetric AI analyzes the health documents you upload (lab reports, imaging reports, prescriptions and similar records) with artificial intelligence and shows you explanations, trends, reports and suggestions about your own data. It can also let you record vitals, medications and other health information yourself.
3. MedMetric AI is not medical care
MedMetric AI is an informational tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice, it is not a doctor or other licensed healthcare provider, and using it does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
AI-generated analysis can be incomplete, inaccurate or wrong. It must not be relied upon as a basis for medical decisions. Always confirm important findings with a qualified healthcare professional before acting on them, and never start, stop or change any treatment or medication based only on this app.
If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately — do not use this app.
4. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to use MedMetric AI. The service is not intended for children, and you must not create an account on behalf of anyone else without their authority.
If you provide information about another person (for example a family member), you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so.
5. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@medmetricai.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and data you enter.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents and data you upload ("your content"). You grant us the limited, worldwide licence needed to host, process, analyze and display your content for the sole purpose of providing the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Only upload content that belongs to you or that you are legally allowed to use and to have processed by our AI providers. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell it (see the Privacy Policy).
7. Acceptable use
You may not: attempt to access other users’ data or accounts; disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service; upload malware or unlawful content; use the service to provide medical services to third parties; scrape or resell the service; or use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
8. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
MedMetric AI offers a free plan and one or more paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis (for example monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices may change, and we will give notice of changes before they apply to a renewal.
9. Intellectual property
The MedMetric AI software, design, text, logos and all related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you; you receive only the right to use the service in line with these Terms. Your content remains yours.
10. Service provided "as is"; no warranty
We work to keep the service available, secure and useful, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or complete, or that any result can be relied upon for medical or other decisions. Features may change as the product evolves.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedMetric AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made based on information shown in the app, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedMetric AI and its operators from claims, damages and reasonable costs arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, to comply with the law, or to protect the service or other users.
14. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the operator of MedMetric AI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that place.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, you keep the benefit of any protections that cannot be excluded by agreement, and you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
